Abstract
Financial inclusion and insurance accessibility have become essential pillars of economic resilience, particularly during periods of crisis such as pandemics, natural disasters, economic recessions, climate-related events, and geopolitical conflicts. Financial inclusion ensures that individuals and businesses have access to affordable financial services, while insurance provides protection against unexpected financial losses. During crises, vulnerable populations often face reduced incomes, unemployment, health emergencies, and asset losses, making access to banking, credit, savings, and insurance crucial for recovery and long-term stability. This paper examines the significance of financial inclusion and insurance accessibility during crises, identifies the challenges limiting access to financial protection, and explores strategies for strengthening inclusive financial systems. The study concludes that expanding financial inclusion and improving insurance accessibility through digital technologies, government support, financial literacy, and
innovative insurance products can enhance economic resilience, reduce poverty, and promote sustainable development.
